  11. 6.1 KLP is not an agent of the listed properties. Our site acts as a venue to allow anyone to offer a property at any time, from anywhere. We are not involved in the actual transaction between the seller and the buyer of a property. As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the properties advertised, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of house-holder to rent-out properties or the ability of the seller to sell properties. We cannot ensure that a seller or house-holder will actually complete a transaction.
    6.2 Identity verification. We use many techniques to identify our users when they register on our site. However, because user verification on the Internet is difficult, ShSG cannot and does not confirm each user’s purported identity. We encourage you to communicate directly with potential trading partners through the tools available on our site. You may also wish to consider using a third party escrow service or services that provide additional user verification.
    6.3 Release. Because we are a venue, in the event that you have a dispute with one or more users, you release ShSG (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
    3.4 Information control. We do not control the information provided by other users that is made available through our system. You may find other users’ information to be offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or deceptive. Please use caution, common sense, and practice safe trading when using our site. Please note that there are also risks of dealing with underage persons or people acting under false pretenses. Additionally, there may also be risks dealing with international traders and foreign nationals.

  13. The Owner/Seller confirms herewith that he/she is the owner of the property above and that there are no liens or mortgages against the property and that the title deed/s are valid and up to date and the owner is free to sell or lease the property with no encumbrances whatsoever.

You agree to indemnify and to hold ShSG and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against to ShSG arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website.

  16. TERMINATION

  17. KLP in its sole discretion, may terminate user’s password, account or use of the service and remove and discard any data within the service if user fails to comply with this Agreement. User may terminate the service upon notice to this website at any time.

  19. As a customer service, ShSG or users may offers links to other sites. ShSG does not assume any responsibility for those sites or their privacy policies and provides those links solely for convenience of this website’s visitors. If you link to any other sites, you must do so at your own risk and may rely only on their terms and conditions and privacy policies. The inclusion of any link does not imply a recommendation or endorsement by this website of the linked site.

  20. SEVERANCE

If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
